Me & 'The Great Spirit - Spirit of the Bear

Now this is a set of events that came together to give me exactly what I was looking for. During Mike Handcock's Wealth Shift there was discussion about the need to recognize the spirit of organizations. "Easier said than done" has been my past experience.

Anyway at this Wealth Shift there happened to be Richard Yapp, who just happens to be an expert in Mind-Mapping. Richard demonstrated a process for finding 'The Spirit' of an organisation and it clicked with me.

Next day I decided to give it a try and between myself and two others we came up with something that seemed to have legs. We decided that our business encapsulates 'The Spirit of the Bear', which is very good inspiring stuff, but it still didn't answer the question, how do you implement this Spirit.

Onto the net and Google "The Spirit of the Bear". What comes up? Lots of websites about the Kermode Bear, which is a subspecies of the the Black Bear in Canada. These particular Black Bears are unique in that one in every 10 is born white or caramel (these are the ones referred to as Kermode Bears). And the Kermode Bears are referred to as Spirit Bears! Just perfect.

It really does keep getting easier. So far, Goal Setting, Meditation, Gratitude & Trust (in 'The Great Spirit'), is proving to be an increasingly powerful formula to live by.
